About Us
Fully-certified since 2000, We have been successfully coaching clients throughout the Cape Town area including other areas in South Africa and Internationally, facilitating their self-growth for the past 18 years.
Our Coaches are Certified, Relationship Coach, Small Business Coach, Therapist/Counsellor & we have a Reiki Grand Master on board. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, our services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. We also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. In addition some of our coaches are certified CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Practitioners and have a Diploma in Psychology
To better serve our clients, we use the Coach Accountable App which makes coaching and doing additional small courses very simple for my clients.
